Weight Loss Coaches

Kim - Coach

KimI have been fortunate that from a young age that I understood the importance of health and quickly became aware of how greatly our choices can impact our health and wellness. To better understand the obesity and health problems in our society I went to school and got a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois.

Additionally, I became a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association at Parkland Community College. My schooling coupled with my experience as a personal trainer has allowed me to understand that Ideal Protein® is an excellent program to help others understand how to become a healthier version of themselves.

Being a JumpStart℠ coach gives me the opportunity to educate others to value of their health and help guide them to reach their health goals. My passion to educate and inspire others in health and wellness is parallel to Matzner Clinic’s mission, therefore, it makes me excited to come to work everyday and make a difference in someone’s life!

Cynthia - Coach

CynthiaI have had a passion and love for wellness as far back as I can remember. A healthy and fit lifestyle is very important to me as well as educating others to live that way. So working for JumpStart Weight Management at Matzner Clinic is such a good fit.

My second love is working with people. Coaching the wonderful folks that come here for assistance in working towards wellness is such a pleasure that I love coming to work each and every day. Watching these people succeed not only in weight loss, but having more productive and fuller lives is fantastic!

Ashley - Coach
